Sunny lets you describe a room and uses automated tools and AI models to produce room arrangements, a bill of materials, and image previews. The Service is provided for evaluation and prototyping purposes and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• submit content you do not have the right to submit.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to process and store that content in order to operate and provide the Service, including sending it to third-party providers used to generate results.

AI-generated output

Arrangements, dimensions, pricing, and image previews produced by the Service are generated automatically and provided for illustration only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional design, engineering, or pricing advice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
